HPPL is an LNG operational facility. They were in the project’s construction phase when they hired ASK Esquare to provide them with technological expertise. The vast nature of the project needed solutions according to the progress of the work and the hurdles it faced.

The client discovered challenges concerning worker management, transportation hurdles, HR operations, and scaffold tracking. Their challenges were unique and hence demanded comprehensive and in-depth analysis.

The temporary workers at the construction site were enormous in numbers. They had to be tracked vigilantly and ensured no violations were performed. The client also required entry restrictions to keep the violated workers off-site.

The client had more than a thousand trucks deployed to carry rocks. The drivers, their health, and the trucks also required regular checking. Despite having checkpoints at locations, there was trouble faced in managing the trucks and the drivers.

Keeping track of the scaffolding process is one of the tedious tasks at a construction site. Thus, the client required a solution that simplified the scaffolding process and gave real-time data and reports of the scaffolding activities to all concerned stakeholders.

With the large number of employees deployed at the construction site, their health and safety need also had to be taken care of. Plus, if there is an outbreak of a particular health disorder, the pattern would be analyzed, and preventive and curative measures must be in place.

As it was a turnkey project, we invested our best team, agile and flexible solutions, and the latest technologies to solve the client’s challenges. From understanding the hurdles, designing solutions, developing solution, building & managing infrastructure, and recruiting the best staff, we stood by our client to ensure smooth functioning.

This solution incorporated all the details of the worker in the software. Right from the photo, their biometrics, identity document, skill certificates, basic safety trainigs, skill traing, in and out time, violation punching, nature of work, the validity of entry, overtime, and other personal details were synced in the system. We had barcodes printed on the ID cards for easy scanning and getting details at the gates.

We comprehensively understood the client’s problems, considering truck drivers and their violations. Therefore, we developed a solution that combined technical and manual expertise to eliminate the problem. People were deployed to regularly check the truck status and strictly scrutinize the drivers’ behaviors. The employers were given access to the system to upload work status for seamless transportation management.

The scaffolding operations carried out at the construction site are hundreds of numbers. Therefore we established a software wherein the real-time status of the scaffolding operations was updated. It included automation starting from scaffold erection/modification/dismantle requests, their approvals, production reports with men, material and production hours, inspections with defined checklist and much more.

The client had demanded a health tracking system to keep records of all the employees at the construction site. Thus, our experts devised a plan that regularly recorded the employees’ health and created analysis reports of the same. This helped identify the pattern of health disorders and take appropriate actions immediately.
