  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, presenting resumes to clients, scheduling interviews, closing offers and facilitating the on-boarding process.

  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn), making job postings on the Job Portal.

  • Screen candidates to ensure our clients receive the most relevant talent available

  • Negotiate employment terms and close candidates once the client extends an offer

  • Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

  • Responsible to work on contract, permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

  • Responsible for coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.

  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

  • Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

  • Maintain close contact with candidates/vendors/recruiters/onshore team.

  • Weekly meetings with team with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.

  • Publish progress report to management every week.

  • Communicate with the project stakeholder/vendors/partners/consultants at various stage of project

  • Take part in developing project documentation like SRS, Project Plan with phases/milestones, Estimate, Design & Architecture, deployment & implementation plan

  • Help identifying project scope in multiple phases and define milestones

  • Develop & maintain Project technical documentation throughout the project

  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

  • Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure

  • Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues

  • Assure that the team members have the necessary technical qualification and training to effectively participate on the team
