AI Services and Data Processing

Esquare Biztech may offer certain Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) powered features within its software solutions, including but not limited to incident analysis, risk assessments, document summarization, chatbot assistance, recommendations, content generation, ESG insights, permit-to-work assistance, and other intelligent automation capabilities.

To provide these services, Esquare Biztech may utilize Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry (Azure OpenAI Service).

When AI-enabled features are used:

  • Customer data submitted for AI processing is used solely to generate the requested output or provide the requested functionality.
  • Customer data remains under the ownership and control of the Customer.
  • Customer data is not used by Esquare Biztech to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve public artificial intelligence models.
  • Based on Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service data privacy commitments, prompts, uploaded content, and generated outputs are not shared with OpenAI for model training and are not used to improve OpenAI foundation models.
  • AI processing occurs within Microsoft’s Azure cloud environment and is protected through Microsoft’s security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI controls.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to AI-enabled features complies with their internal policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, incomplete information, or outdated content.

Any outputs, recommendations, analyses, summaries, classifications, risk assessments, or other content generated through AI-enabled features are provided for informational and assistance purposes only.

Users should independently review and validate AI-generated outputs before relying upon them for:

  • Operational decisions
  • Regulatory compliance activities
  • Legal matters
  • Financial decisions
  • Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) decisions
  • Permit approvals
  • Incident investigations
  • Risk assessments
  • ESG reporting
  • Any other business-critical or safety-critical activities

Esquare Biztech does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs and shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of such outputs.
